About Us Our Story
Walt and Cynthia Glass, San Antonio potters, opened their shop, Village Gallery, in 1973. After graduating from Incarnate Word University with degrees in art and education, they had a dream of owning a quality crafts gallery and today, they have accomplished their dream.
At their gallery, you will find original forms and glazes created by Walt and Cynthia and for which, they are nationally known. You will also find unique works from professional crafters of the southwest. When in town, come by and visit!
The Village Gallery is located at 502 Passeo De La Villita in charming "La Villita" in old San Antonio. La Villita is conveniently located accross from the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center and just a few steps up form the beautiful Riverwalk at the Arneson River Theater.
